I acknowledge that I will inform KidsCamp Singapore if any of my kid(s) or any household member is under a quarantine order, stay home order or travelling or in close contact with a person infected by covid-19, in the fourteen days before the first day at KidsCamp?

I acknowledge that I will inform KidsCamp Singapore if any of my kid(s) has flu symptoms or other known covid-19 symptoms (including, without limitation, loss of smell, cough, sore throat ...)?

I hereby acknowledge and agree that by registering my child to Kidscamp, I consent to the following:

WAIVER OF LIABILITY IN CONSIDERATION OF Coach Pape Pte. Ltd. Consenting to my kids’ participation in KidsCamp Singapore and where applicable, including but not limited to all activities provided by Coach Pape Pte. Ltd. (referred to there in as the “Event”), I HEREBY WARRANT, UNDERTAKE AND AGREE as follows: Waiver and Indemnity 1. I release, waive and discharge 1.1 Coach Pape Pte. Ltd , 1.2. each officer, director, management personnel, employee, contractor, official, agent, participant and volunteer assisting in the Event; 1.3 the sanctioning organization or any subdivision thereof; and 1.4 each official, promoter, sponsor, advertiser, owner and lessee of premises used to conduct the event and each of them, their officers and employees (hereinafter collectively abbreviated as the “Released Parties”, and each, a “Released Party”) from all liability to me/my child; and our personal representatives; assigns; heirs; and/ or next kin for any and all loss or damage; and any claim or demands in account of injury to person or property or death of me/my child; whether caused by the negligence of the Released Parties (or any of them) or otherwise, during or arising from my/my child’s participation in any part of the Event. 2. I agree to indemnify and hold harmless each of the Released Parties from any loss, liability, damage or cost (including any legal fees) which arises due to my/my child participation in the Event, whether caused by the negligence of the Released Parties (or any of them); by me; or otherwise. 3. I confirm that all my participating kids are of sound health and mind and that I have been medically examined and found to be fit to participate in the Event. I further that I/my child am/is covered by all necessary and appropriate insurance coverage (including without limitation appropriate health insurance). 4. I undertake that I will solely claim under my insurance for any injury and/ or damage to my/my child health and/or property arising during the Event. 5. I agree that terms of this Agreement are intended to be as broad and inclusive as permitted under the laws of Singapore, and that if any portion hereof is held to be invalid, the remainder of this Agreement shall continue in full force and effect.

PERSONAL DATA I acknowledge and agree that by registering my kid(s) I hereby consent to the collection of my personal data and the personal data of my child/children for the purpose of registration but also for commercial purposes (such as without limitation receiving commercial, promotional emails) and that any request to remove Personal data shall be sent by email to kidscampsingapore@gmail.com

PRE-PAYMENT 1. I understand that the registration of my child will not be validated until full pre-payment of SGD50 is made to the Company’s bank account (as indicated in the payment section) and that such deposit is NOT REFUNDABLE and cannot be used for a new booking in case of no show in the relevant session, unless a medical certificate certifying that the child is unfit for kidscamp activities dated on the day the child has been registered is provided to the Company.
2. In the event kidscamp is closed due to events beyond Kidscamp’s control (such as without limitation COVID regulations), the pre-payment will NOT BE REFUNDED but may be used for another new booking within 12 months.

IMAGE I hereby authorize KidsCamp to take photos/videos of my kid(s) where the kids could be identified. I further acknowledge and agree that the photos/videos will be used for the purpose of sharing them with the parents - including without limitation via whatsapp -, and or publishing them on KidsCamp social media, social network, website for marketing/publicity purposes and as may be deemed appropriate by KidsCamp. I waive any right to any kind of compensation arising from or related to the use of the photos and videos.
