WAIVER OF LIABILITY
In consideration of Coach Pape Pte. Ltd. (“Company”)
consenting to my child’s participation in KidsCamp Singapore and
where applicable, including but not limited to all activities provided by
the Company (referred to there in as the “Camp”), I HEREBY
WARRANT, UNDERTAKE AND AGREE as follows:

I HEREBY IRREVOCABLY FULLY RELEASE AND WAIVE ANY CLAIM OF ANY NATURE
WHATSOEVER WHICH MAY ARISE FROM MY CHILD’S PARTICIPATION IN THE CAMP
against the Company, its employees, freelancers/contractors, volunteers,
directors or officers or any participant to the camp (hereinafter
collectively referred to as the “Released Parties”, and each,
a “Released Party”), including without limitation, on account
of (i) loss or damage to your child’s properties/belongings, (ii)
injury, sickness of your child; whether caused by the negligence of the
Released Parties (or any of them).

I hereby acknowledge and agree that by registering my child/children
to the Camp, I consent for the Company to transport (including without
limitation by walk or by shuttle bus) my child/children to participate
to activities outside the chosen camp location such as and that the
above waiver/release of liability will apply in respect of any claim
which may arise from your child participation in the Camp whether at
the Camp’s location or at any other locations or while in
transit to the Camp’s location or to other locations.

I confirm that my child/children who is/are participating to the Camp
is/are of sound health and mind and that they have been medically
examined and found to be fit to participate in the Camp. I further
confirm that my child/children is/are covered by all necessary and
appropriate insurance coverage (including without limitation appropriate
accident and medical health insurance). Therefore, I undertake that I
will solely claim under my insurance(s) for any injury/sickness and/ or
damage to my child/children’s properties/belongings which may
arise during the Camp.

I understand that the provisions contained in this section “Waiver
of liability” are intended to be as broad and inclusive as
permitted under the laws of Singapore, and that if any portion hereof is
held to be invalid, the remainder of the provisions shall continue in
full force and effect.
ACTIVITIES
It is clarified that any activities of the Camp may be subject to changes
at the discretion of the Company and also in case of inclement weather.
DEPOSIT
I understand that the registration of my child/children will not be
validated until a deposit of SGD150 (per child) is fully paid (as
indicated in the payment section) and that, subject to the
“cancellation section” hereunder, such deposit is NOT
REFUNDABLE and cannot be used for a new booking in case of no show in the
relevant week.
CANCELLATION
- Cancellation by the Company:
The Company reserves the right to cancel a Camp at its discretion in the
event of insufficient number of kids being registered for a relevant week
subject to a prior notice of at least two (2) days. In such event, the
Company will propose you to use the deposit for another Camp later on, and
where not agreed, will refund you the deposit.
In the event of force majeure (i.e. event beyond the control of the
Company, including without limitation pandemic situation), the Company
reserves the right to cancel the Camp and the deposit will not be refunded
and could be used against a new booking within twelve (12) months from the
time of the first booking.
- Cancellation by parents:
In case of no show and unless you provide a medical certificate where your
chld is unfit to participate to the Camp throughout the period of booking,
your deposit as well as any payment made for the Camp will not be
refundable.
KIDS WITH SPECIAL NEEDS
Our Company welcomes any children including with special needs, However,
before making a booking for a child with special needs please inform us at
kidscampsingapore@gmail.com
prior to making a booking in order for the Company to assess the
needs of your child on case by case basis and the level of support
required.
DATA PROTECTION
I acknowledge and agree that by registering my child/children to the Camp,
I hereby consent to the collection and process of my/my
child/children’s personal information for the purpose of
registration and also for commercial purpose (to receive commercial and
promotional emails, sms, WhatsApp) and that any request to correct or
remove such personal data shall be addressed to
kidscampsingapore@gmail.com.
IMAGE
I hereby authorize the Company to take photos/videos of my child/children
while participating to the Camp and where the children could be
identified. I further acknowledge and agree that the photos/videos will be
used for the purpose of sharing them with the parents - including without
limitation via whatsapp -, and or publishing them on KidsCamp
Singapore’s social media, social network, Youtube, website, flyers
for marketing/publicity purposes and as may be deemed appropriate by the
Company. I hereby waive any claim and any right to any kind of
compensation arising from or related to the use of the photos and videos
of my child/children.
